NPC III: SOUL FACTORY

Bring on more villains! This set introduces 50 more heroes, villains and other persons to populate your worlds. Let's be honest though, while there are a smattering of good NPCs here, most of them you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley at night, or even during the day. A lot of them have new and horrible ways to inconvenience the Players like the Walking Virus and the Worm Infestation. Just tell your Players you have these Cards and see how they react to that potential fun. What they should really worry about is the Smackdown which isn't as much a monster as an intended result.
